Johnny is a veteran in the mortgage industry with over 17 years lending experience. His roots are in the Los Angeles area and has now transitioned to the beautiful beaches of Newport Beach, Orange County. He is currently a corporate manager working with origination teams in the Silicon Valley, Las Vegas and Southern California areas. He holds MLO licensing in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Maine, Mississippi, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington.
Johnny graduated from Long Beach State University where he earned his BA in Psychology. He is a Veteran of the Armed Forces in which he excelled in his efforts and earned recognition as Soldier of the Year.
He continues to serve the Veteran community as Chapter President for Orange County’s Veteran’s Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP).
He is a husband, a father and an active member of the real estate community thru OCAR, AREAA, and NAHREP.
He enjoys spending time vacationing with his family, exploring new places on cross country road trips, kayaking, Dodgers baseball, and trying new foodie hot spots.
Anthony Lei
Anthony Lei is a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer at Excelerate Capital. He provides professional financial services, specializing in the financing of purchases and refinances for residential real estate. Anthony brings to the table, knowledge of Conventional and Government Guidelines, a deep understanding of the financial market, and provides excellent Customer Service skills. He cares about creating meaningful relationships with clients and being able to solve complex scenarios.
Anthony is bilingual, he speaks English and the Chinese dialect of Cantonese. In his free time, Anthony enjoys basketball, hiking, and traveling.

I’m Natalie Diaz, and I am currently running operations for RLG Mortgage. I have a strong background in the insurance industry. I went from helping people cover their assets to helping people expand their real estate portfolio. I have always been passionate about helping people and simplifying concepts for them to be confident in making life changing decisions. I work thoroughly and efficiently to meet deadlines for our team. It’s an honorable feeling knowing we all come together to help our clients invest in their real estate portfolio. On my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, listening to podcasts and staying active.
